The product is great for the price and easy to assemble. However, if I could rate the delivery service, it wouldn’t get high marks. If it weren't for a message, I wouldn't have known it was delivered. They left the product in front of the garage, which can't be seen from the front porch, so anyone could have taken it. There was no picture showing where it was left, and the box was extremely heavy to bring inside.

We got our new sectional delivered yesterday, and my husband immediately started setting it up. Like some of the reviews mentioned, the included tool was pretty basic and would've taken forever to use, but thankfully, we had a power tool which made things a bit quicker, though it still took a good bit of time. The instructions were clear, with every piece and screw labeled perfectly, so everything matched up without any hassle. That definitely helped my husband keep his cool while assembling it.

Once it was all put together, we were really pleased with how comfy the cushions felt. The Velcro on the bottom cushions is awesome because it stops them from sliding around or drifting apart. The back cushions are loose, which is great because you can move them around for extra support under your head or feet when you're lying down. My husband, who’s pretty tall at 6'3", has plenty of space to stretch out when the sofa’s all set up.

The coffee table that comes with it fits the set well and looks great. Overall, we’re super happy with this purchase. For the price, the quality seems solid. Plus, it shipped quickly and came neatly packed in two big boxes.

Honestly, this might be the best online furniture purchase I’ve ever made. The cushions are super comfortable! The set came in four boxes, with the heaviest one being around 58 pounds for the sofa. The chairs were about 52 pounds each, the loveseat was 44 pounds, and the coffee table was the lightest at 29 pounds. Everything was packed with shrink wrap and foam, so there were no nicks or scratches at all.

Putting it all together was a piece of cake. I assembled all the pieces by myself in about an hour. There were no issues with misaligned holes or missing screws, which is often a concern with DIY furniture. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow, even though they were just pictures with no words.

This set is awesome! Totally worth the money. It's super comfortable, and the size is perfect. We actually had to put three pieces on the front patio (including two chairs) because everything wouldn't fit in the back. So in the pictures, you only see the backyard, but what you see is what you get. It looks just like the pictures and easily holds my 6'5", 320 lb father-in-law with no issues. :)

The fire pit is amazing too. We made s'mores the first night, and the flames and fire rocks add such a nice touch to the atmosphere. Just a heads up, it arrives in five separate boxes. Some might come early, and the rest will come later, but they'll all arrive by the expected delivery date.

I highly suggest assembling it box by box as they arrive. Trying to do it all at once can be overwhelming because it's a big set and takes time. Here's a pro tip: don't tighten the screws all the way until you've got them all in place for each piece. Trust me, it'll save you time and a headache. Lol.
