I decided to use a drill for assembly, even though they provided the tools. I went full "Tim the Toolman," although I did end up stripping two bolts because of it—they're tight though! The cushions puffed up immediately after unpacking, but they flatten a bit when you sit. I added some throw pillows for extra support and a pop of color. The seat height from the ground is about 17 inches now, and the overall height up to the armrest is 25.5 inches.

The material of the cushions feels like parachute fabric, has a slight pink tint outdoors, and is water-resistant. I added non-slip material under the cushions to keep them from sliding around. The Rattan is rubbery and flexible, a big plus since my last patio set cracked after three years. The height adjusters on the bottom are metal. They extend safely by about half an inch.

I live in a rainy area, so I kept the plastic from the packaging to wrap the cushions for extra water protection. It works like a charm—even tested it, and the cushions stayed dry!
